BODY CONDITIONING FOR DANCERS
Back by popular demand (for sweat and smiles).
The classes will focus on stretching and conditioning exercises for dancers of all dance forms to build
- Stength
- Flexibility
- Stamina
There will be additional focus on body movement, balance, and body isolation.
Classes will take place on four consecutive Saturdays: February 4, 11, 18, and 25.

Workshop Fees:
Single Class: $17
Dancers may drop-in to any of these four classes. No pre-registration is required.
